Call Federal Credit Union is a full-service financial co-op, providing passionately local banking by opening doors to our members’ financial health.

Founded in 1962 by employees of Philip Morris, the credit union now stands 30,000+ members strong and open to the entire Greater Richmond metro area. We take great pride in giving back to the diverse communities we serve. For successive years, Call Federal has been identified by Richmond Bizsense as one of the most generous companies in the area, with substantial gifts and community services provided to organizations including the Children’s Museum of Richmond, Junior Achievement of Richmond, Children’s Hospital of Richmond, and more.

Call Federal has called the banks of the James River home for more than 50 years. Our employees live here, all decisions are made here. The money we make here stays here.
