The HYPE ICONS: Young Professionals Awards recognizes young professionals aged 40 and under who are making the Richmond region a better place to live, as well as companies excelling in fostering a young professional's culture. Step into a night of prestige and celebration as we mark 10 years of honoring Richmond's brightest young professionals. ICONIC: A Decade of Excellence is more than an awards ceremony, it's a legacy in the making. Dress to impress, raise a glass, and toast to the future of leadership in our region.

Maverick Mentorship: Honors a young professional who has demonstrated exceptional mentorship, guiding and inspiring others in their career or personal growth.
Trailblazing Trendsetter: Celebrates a young professional who is leading innovation and setting new trends within their industry.
Young Professional of the Year: Acknowledges an outstanding young professional who has shown excellence in their field and leadership in the community.
Nonprofit of the Year: Recognizes a nonprofit organization that has made a significant impact in the community through their mission and work.
Small Business of the Year: Celebrates a small business that has demonstrated excellence, innovation, and community involvement.
Large Business of the Year: Honors a large business that has made substantial contributions to the community and shown leadership in their industry.
