It is with deep gratitude and warm wishes that ChamberRVA announces the retirement of Stephanie Phillips, Senior Director of Member Value & Engagement, effective June 30, 2026. After 40 years of exceptional service, Stephanie closes a remarkable chapter. A chapter that is defined by professionalism, genuine care for our members, and an enduring commitment to the Richmond business community.
 
Stephanie joined ChamberRVA in 1984 as a receptionist and over the course of four decades, she grew alongside the organization in every sense of the word. Through a progression of roles spanning administration, membership development, events, and member engagement, she will retire serving as Senior Director of Member Value & Engagement. Each position she held reflected not only her professional versatility, but also a deepening investment in the people and businesses that make up our membership.
 
Throughout her tenure, Stephanie has been a steady and trusted presence for ChamberRVA members. Her approach to member engagement was never transactional. She took the time to understand the needs and goals of the businesses she served, building connections that have strengthened the fabric of our membership community over many years.
 
Her genuine spirit and dedication to the members she served have left a lasting impression on this organization and on the countless individuals who have had the privilege of working alongside her.
