The Regional Action Summit is ChamberRVA's annual gathering of Greater Richmond's business and civic leadership. This year's focus is a question employers across the region are grappling with: how do we cultivate and retain talent in a labor market being reshaped by AI and demographic change.

Tom Barkin will join a moderated fireside conversation on what the national and regional labor market mean for the talent challenges employers are facing, followed by audience Q&A. Few regional leaders have a clearer or more grounded view of what employers are actually walking into.
