The Regional Action Summit is ChamberRVA's annual gathering of Greater Richmond's business and civic leadership. This year's focus is the question on every employer's desk: how do we cultivate and retain talent in a labor market being reshaped by AI and a shifting workforce landscape.

Keynote and Fireside

Tom Barkin, President and CEO, Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond

Tom Barkin will open the Summit with an economic outlook on the national and regional labor market, followed by a moderated fireside conversation and audience Q&A. Few regional leaders have a clearer or more grounded view of what employers are actually walking into.

Breakout Sessions

Three moderated concurrent sessions will follow, each focused on a specific dimension of the talent challenge:

  • Upskilling and Reskilling: Meeting Workers Where They Are
  • Building the Entry-Level Pipeline: Internships That Work
  • Apprenticeships and New Pathways to Employment
