Join us for the 2025 Regional Action Summit, a full-day convening of business, education, nonprofit, and civic leaders focused on advancing inclusive workforce development across Greater Richmond.

This year’s Summit will explore strategies that align employer needs with community opportunity—informing the development of the Rewarding Work pillar of RVA Rising, the region’s collaborative framework for economic mobility.

The program will feature a keynote from nationally recognized workforce strategist Francie Genz, breakout “track” sessions inspired by past Summit formats, and a preview of findings from the regional Workforce Environmental Scan.

Come ready to connect, contribute, and help shape the next phase of our region’s workforce future.
