This year’s Summit activates the Rewarding Work pillar of RVA Rising, the region’s collaborative framework for economic mobility. The event will highlight strategies to align employer needs with community opportunity—ensuring that our systems and partnerships are positioned to close equity gaps and expand access to family-sustaining careers.
