Event Description:
The key strategic component for any business is the quality of its workforce.  This event will focus on the workforce needs of small to mid-sized businesses and connect them to the resources they need to find, attract, train, retain, and optimize skilled employees.
 
The event starts with breakfast and the recognition of one small (1-99 employees) and one large (100+ employees) organization positively impacting Hanover County and exemplifying excellence in workforce development with the Marc Weiss Hanover Workforce Awards.
