Quarterly Alumni Leadership Series

LEAD ON is the alumni network for graduates of Leadership Lab and Leadership Unscripted (formerly Mentor Richmond). Designed as a quarterly leadership series, LEAD ON brings alumni together to reconnect, expand their professional networks, and continue developing core leadership skills.
 

Each LEAD ON event includes:

• Networking Hour: Intentional connection with fellow alumni
• Professional Development Session: A facilitated leadership workshop led by Fulfilled Coaching & Consulting, a leadership development and executive coaching firm
   

Coaching Skills for Leaders

Effective leaders know how to guide conversations that inspire growth. This interactive session introduces coaching-based communication skills that help leaders influence, motivate, and develop others without relying on authority. Participants will practice techniques that strengthen trust and elevate everyday leadership conversations.

Alumni of Leadership Lab and Leadership Unscripted looking to enhance communication and influence.
