Event Description:

Get ready for a high-energy morning of community, cheering, and giving back! HYPE is excited to partner with Sports Backers for the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k on Saturday, April 18, and we’re calling on our members to help power one of the most iconic races in RVA.

HYPE will be supporting a water stop at Mile 5, located at Monument Avenue & Davis Avenue, where we’ll play a key role in keeping runners hydrated, motivated, and moving strong toward the finish line.

What you’ll be doing:

Mixing hydration drinks and filling cups
Handing out water to runners and cheering them on
Helping keep the course clean by managing cup trash
Bringing positive energy and representing HYPE in the community

All supplies will be provided by Sports Backers, and you’ll receive clear instructions and training materials ahead of race day. There will be an overall water stop coordinator on site to manage logistics and support volunteers.
