HYPE (Helping Young Professionals Engage) is a hub for RVA young professionals to connect with each other, plug into our community and grow personally and professionally.

The HYPE Leadership Team will be meeting in person to continue working on our mission of helping young professionals engage in leadership opportunities. Our focus is on fostering leadership development, mentorship, and community involvement. During our meetings, we engage in leadership discussions, share event planning updates, and collaborate on initiatives that empower young professionals to become the next generation of leaders.
