A Discussion with MySpectrum Counseling and Coaching
Managing the ups and downs of living through a pandemic is weird at best. Add on additional life stressors, managing relationships and family, and dealing with general uncertainty can feel overwhelming. Alex Amidjaya, QMHP and Heather Fritz, LMSW of MySpectrum Counseling and Coaching will guide us through an open discussion on the the impact of social distancing, managing our families, relationships, and other stressors and teach us breathing and relaxation techniques to utilize during this time.
MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is an innovative mental health outpatient practice that opened in June 2019 in North Chesterfield. MySpectrum offers services to clients of all ages, from play therapy for young children to a therapist that primarily works with clients over the age of 50, while serving clients with a wide range of needs such as substance abuse counseling, clients on the autism spectrum, and other issues such as grief, trauma, depression, bipolar, and anxiety. In addition to convenient night and weekend hours, we also offer teletherapy through a secure portal. MySpectrum accepts most major insurance providers.
