Nicole Mason, founder and CEO of Glean LLC. Glean LLC, a mission-focused company committed to job creation for Richmond's underemployed or unemployed. Nicole believes economic empowerment and the dignity of work is another tool to help those in our community who want to both thrive and flourish. Leading a commercial cleaning company in the midst of a pandemic has certainly had its challenges but Glean continues to grow in accounts and staff during this time.
