From both a business leadership perspsective and as a (very) late-blooming Ironman® triathlete, Dorothy long recognized that success is more about where your head is, rather than what you know. Over time this led her to mindfulness meditation and a deep-dive into the practices, what it's about and how companies, as well as individuals, are reaping the benefits.
As a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, she helps groups and companies improve leadership, productivity and team performance via mindfulness initiatives.
