ChamberWomen: Leading & Learning Series with Senator McClellan
Leading and Learning: Leading in an Unprecedented Crisis
As we try to move forward in this uncharted territory, many of us are learning as we go. There are no blue prints or road maps for how one should best operate in this type of environment. Our hope is that these authentic conversations with a wide-array of speakers will help to provide guidance as we navigate our multi-faceted lives as leaders, employees, and women.
THIS EVENT:
Senator Jennifer McClellan will share her personal experience in leading during this unprecedented time as well as share information on the ways in which government is trying to help small businesses during a time of uncertainty.
Senator McClellan was elected to the Virginia Senate in 2017. Prior to her election to the Senate, Jennifer was a member of the House of Delegates for 11 years. Respected on both sides of the aisle, and the recipient of numerous awards, Jennifer has earned a reputation as an effective, constituent services oriented legislator who can find common ground with Republicans while standing up for progressive values.
