Join us on Thursday, October 29, for a C-Suite Conversation with Brian Schaller, president of Wawa, Inc.Wawa has grown from its Mid-Atlantic roots to more than 1,200 convenience stores across 14 states and Washington, D.C. The family- and associate-owned company employs more than 50,000 associates and serves almost two million customers each day. Today, Wawa ranks among the largest privately held companies in the United States and has one of the nation’s largest employee stock ownership plans.

Schaller has spent more than two decades helping guide that growth. A licensed CPA who began his career with Deloitte & Touche, he joined Wawa in 2002 and has held a range of leadership positions across the company. He was named President in 2023 and today leads Wawa’s store operations, fuel, real estate, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams.

We’ll talk with Schaller about Wawa’s growth into new markets, maintaining a strong organizational culture during rapid expansion, employee ownership, customer loyalty, and the leadership lessons he has learned during more than 20 years with the company.
