Virtual Town Hall - Emerging Technology: Realizing the Potential of 5G
Please join ChamberRVA and our panel of speakers on Tuesday, July 20th from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM EDT. Our moderator will be Ray LaMura, President of the VCTA - Broadband Association of Virginia. On our panel we will have Matt Ogburn from Verizon, Antoine Banks from Comcast, and Brian Houston from Facebook. Each of these experts bring with them a wealth of knowledge on why Virginia, and the Richmond Region, is becoming a hot spot for 5G, broadband, and data centers.
As the world becomes more interconnected in the digital space, it is important that we talk about what brings jobs in these important sectors to our state and region, the obstacles we continue to face, and how internet access will change and evolve in the short and long term.
