Speakers:

Collin Perciballi, Sr. Consultant, EMSI Burning Glass
Collin was the lead researcher on the Labor Market report and brings expert analysis to the data. He presents results and offers key takeaways on which the RVA NOW team and higher ed and employer stakeholders can base their ongoing collaboration to keep our talent local. Collin's presentation offers a clear roadmap that, if followed, will ensure the region's workforce evolves into a robust pool that can sustain economic growth now and well into the future.

Corey Lane, Sr. Vice President, Elevation Advertising
Corey presents the research into the GenZ brain that drove the creative development of the RVA NOW brand. His engaging presentation illuminates important insights that include: What influences shaped their worldview? What do they value? What are they looking for in a career? In a community? How can our talent retention strategy resonate most authentically with these GenZers?

Rachel Yost, Managing Partner, SIR
Before we can promote the region as an attractive place to live, work and play, we needed to know current perceptions. Rachel and her team conducted surveys of young professionals living and working in the region. Rachel presents these findings, uncovering opportunities to leverage the region's assets into our messaging as we all work to update old perceptions of Richmond as the Capital of the Confederacy.
