We are months into the COVID-19 pandemic, and we’ve each struggled to manage its ongoing impact both at work and on the home front. Coming on the heels of these challenges and ongoing uncertainty is the upcoming holiday season (and all its usual pressures). As we move toward closing out 2020, the skill to navigate this particularly stressful context is needed like never before. Join the ChamberRVA community and our partners at The Frontier Project for a three-part leadership series designed to equip you to face 2021 ready and resilient.
Session #1 - Navigating Our Changing Reality Let’s be real: 2020 has been a doozy. For the first time ever, profound change upended all our lives, at the same time. And the changes keep on coming, both at work and at home.
In this session, we’ll reflect on how we’ve shown up to date to gain a better understanding of this experience and our reactions to it. We’ll use this perspective and new tools to grow our ability to mindfully respond (instead of knee-jerk reacting) to better navigate the next chapter of this challenging season.
