HYPE presents our second annual professional development series: "Owning Your Career". Back by popular demand, you’ll have access to three events over the course of three months with the overlaying theme of owning your career in every aspect. These three workshops will take you on a series of discovery that starts with understanding your super power, figuring out how to shout that out, and then maximizing your career.
HYPE members are determined to move up the ladder while making a unique name for themselves during the process. This series will allow experienced, career-minded individuals the chance to hear from great RVA leaders on how to become a master of your own career.
In the grand finale of our Owning Your Career Series, K.C. Long will dive into finding a career that aligns with your values, aligns with your skills, and allows you to remain true to your authentic self. She’s a Senior Learning Manager at Capital One, and her personal mission is to educate, motivate and inspire individuals and teams to be the best version of themselves. With extensive experience in sales, leadership and talent development, she discovered her passion is in helping others succeed. She brings fresh, fun & innovative approaches to learning & development initiatives.
Over the past 13 years, she’s had the privilege of educating & coaching hundreds of people towards their personal and professional goals. Nothing excites her more than seeing one’s dreams become a reality through trust, focus and accountability.
