HYPE Professional Development: Harnessing Your Emotional Intelligence
Facilitated by Sheena Lyle, Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant
In this virtual workshop, we will explore how to leverage the skill of emotional intelligence (EI) in order to successfully lead and collaborate in the workplace- and beyond. The EI model is made up of four components: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management. You’ll assess your strengths and opportunities in these four areas, and you’ll leave with an understanding of what concrete steps you can take to practice your emotional intelligence in your own workplace and life.
Sheena Lyle, LCSW, CCTP is a courageous consultant specializing in leadership consulting and organizational development consulting. After 14 plus years combined in executive leadership and middle management, Sheena supports organizations and aspiring leaders/leaders with consulting to move forward in uncertain times, understanding the needs and solutions required to run for profit organizations, non-profit organizations, and government entities. Sheen has extensive experience with multigenerational staff, high stress environments, complex needs, mediation/conflict resolution, leadership and organizational development, and teambuilding.
