HYPE Huddle: Development Through Dialogue

Do you ever wish you could dig deeper into a topic you read about or hear a podcast on? Sometimes, the best learning happens when we get to process a topic or someone else's take on it with others. That's why we created the HYPE Huddle. Each HYPE Huddle will center on an article, podcast, Ted Talk etc. around a topic that is relevant to personal or professional life (or both). We will then divide you into small groups and facilitate a discussion on the chosen topic. Learn AND connect with others while doing it!

June's Topic is Mentorship: 
Many of us are encouraged to find a mentor or be one! But how? Our peers can be great resources in this capacity and we can also bounce ideas off of each other. (The HYPE Huddle is a great example of peer mentorship!)

Below are materials to look over/watch/listen to, to get you thinking about mentorship- both being a mentor and a mentee- and non-traditional approaches to this.
