HYPE and Chamber Women Present: RVA Women Rising and Responding

Join us for a Chamber Women and HYPE program featuring a panel of dynamic women who are rising and responding to unique challenges and opportunities within our community.

Rasheeda Creighton, Kelli Lemon, and Melody Short of The Jackson Ward Collective. The Jackson Ward Collective is a hub that connects Black business owners to each other, first and foremost, and to resources that can help our businesses grow and thrive.

Nicole Mason, founder and CEO of Glean LLC.  Glean LLC, a mission-focused company committed to job creation for Richmond's underemployed or unemployed. Nicole believes economic empowerment and the dignity of work is another tool to help those in our community who want to both thrive and flourish.  Leading a commercial cleaning company in the midst of a pandemic has certainly had its challenges but Glean continues to grow in accounts and staff during this time.

Adrienne Wright, co-founder of the Collaboratory. The Collaboratory of Virginia (“CVA”) is a specialized coworking site, a Nonprofit community center, a neutral site for foundation-lead programming and a key piece of the greater Richmond Nonprofit ecosystem.
