DEI Collaborative: Leading Practices in Diverse Talent Management
Diverse talent management is important to consider as we move forward with the collective vision of a workforce that accurately models all the different backgrounds of our community. This DEI Collaborative Leading Practice session will provide an opportunity to hear from some of those leading this work right here in our region. This session will begin with an interview with Jennifer Hunter of Altria to hear about her experiences commandeering this work within her own organization. The interview will be followed with a panel presentation featuring their organization's DEI practices through the lens of one of the following:
