ChamberWomen Presents: Appreciation Languages in the Workplace

Everyone feels appreciation through different actions, gestures and words. But how can we know we are showing appreciation at work in the "right" way? 


In this workshop you will:
(1) Assess your primary appreciation language

(2) Identify the 5 appreciation languages and how they impact work relationships, performance, and retention

(3) Break into small groups and analyze case scenarios


Sheena Lyle, LCSW, CCTP is a courageous consultant specializing in leadership consulting and organizational development consulting. After 14 plus years combined in executive leadership and middle management, Sheena supports organizations and aspiring leaders/leaders with consulting to move forward in uncertain times, understanding the needs and solutions required to run for profit organizations, non-profit organizations, and government entities. Sheen has extensive experience with multigenerational staff, high stress environments, complex needs, mediation/conflict resolution, leadership and organizational development, and teambuilding.
