Event Description:
ChamberRVA's Richmond Business Council will host four forums for Richmond City Council candidates. Please attend any or all forums to learn more about the candidates' views on key issues important to the business community, young professionals and the voter districts.
Richmond City Council Candidate Forums:
Wednesday, September 21, 6:30-8:30 p.m.: Districts 2 and 4
Wednesday, October 12, 6:00-8:30 p.m.: Districts 3, 6 and 7
Tuesday, October 18, 6:30-8:30 p.m.: Districts 1 and 9
Wednesday, October 26, 6:30-7:30 p.m.: District 5
All forums will be held in the ChamberRVA offices located at 919 East Main Street, Suite 1700, Richmond, VA 23219 (SunTrust Building), unless otherwise noted, and are free and open to the public. Public parking is available in the SunTrust Building and in nearby parking decks, garages and on the street.
All applicable candidates listed by the Virginia Department of Elections were invited to participate in the forums. Audience members will have the opportunity to submit questions for the moderator to ask the candidates.
